MediSolution/Financial and Payroll Resources Working in Harmony: Quebec-Transplant Acquires the VIRTUO Integrated Solution

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 1, 2005) - Mplex Solutions ®, a division of MediSolution Ltd. (TSX:MSH), announced today that it has been awarded a contract by Quebec-Transplant for the implementation of its Virtuo ® financial management and payroll management solution. MediSolution's specialized expertise in financial resources management will provide the Quebec-Transplant an integrated solution and ensure efficient administrative management capabilities.

With offices in Montreal and Quebec City, the Quebec-Transplant organization is responsible for coordinating all activities related to organ donation in the province of Quebec.
