MediSolution Ltd. Announces Senior Management Changes

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 27, 2007) - MediSolution Ltd.(TSX:MSH) (the "Company") today announced that Allan Lin, CEO of MediSolution, will be leaving the Company to pursue other interests. The Board of Directors has appointed Paul Lepage, previously President and COO of the Company, to the position of President and CEO effective immediately.

Paul Lepage joined MediSolution three years ago and has been instrumental in driving changes to the organization that have enhanced the Company's position as a leading provider in the healthcare and public sector information technology industry. With a solid background in sales, product management & operations, Mr. Lepage is well suited to continue building on the successes achieved by the Company to date and will allow the company to achieve its full potential.

Mr. Lin will be leaving the Company on March 30th, 2007, and will be assisting in the transition until that date. "We would like to thank Allan for his contribution to the Company over the past five years and wish him success in his future endeavours," said Cyrus Madon, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
