MediSolution Names William 'Bill' Macdonald Vice-President of Sales

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 27, 2006) - MediSolution (TSX:MSH), a leading healthcare and public sector information technology company, today announced the appointment of William (Bill) MacDonald to the position of vice-president, sales. In this role, MacDonald will lead the healthcare sales organization to increase sales and revenue throughout all North American markets except Quebec.

"Bill is a positive, dynamic and energetic individual with a solid sales track record in healthcare and public sector markets in Canada and the US," said Paul Lepage, executive vice-president and chief operating officer at MediSolution Ltd. An industry veteran, MacDonald brings over 25 years of sales and marketing management experience to the position from a variety of leading technology and software companies including Hewlett Packard Canada, Compaq Canada and Honeywell. He most recently served as the Director of Public Services for Sapient Canada where he established Sapient's strategy and drove initial sales for the public sector market.

MacDonald is a Director of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) for Ontario and is an active member of the Queen's University CIO Forum. He was a previously a board member of HealthLink and a member of the Management and Economics Business Advisory Board for the University of Toronto.
