Business Leaders Will Further Company Growth


WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Aug 13, 2015) - Medytox Solutions, Inc. announces the election of two new board members who boast years of professional leadership in corporate governance, financial services, company restructuring, and healthcare. Michael L. Goldberg, managing director of Monarch Capital, LLC, and Robert Lee, managing partner of Sheffield Investment Partners, joined returning board members Christopher E. Diamantis, chairman and CEO of Integrated Financial Settlements, Inc.; Benjamin Frank, a retired lawyer and businessman with experience in healthcare, foreign trade, retail, business development, and government; and Seamus Lagan, CEO of Medytox Solutions, Inc. The election took place at the annual stockholders' meeting of Medytox Solutions, Inc. on August 6, 2015.

Michael L. Goldberg, Board Member
Michael L. Goldberg is the managing director of Monarch Capital, LLC, a corporate consulting company primarily servicing small to mid-sized public and private companies. Prior to his position at Monarch, he served as acting CEO and president of IDO Security, Inc., from 2006 to 2013. Mr. Goldberg served as a director and CEO of Rx Medical Services Corp. (RXM), an American Stock Exchange-listed company, from May 1991 through June 2006. He has also worked with a number of private and public companies, assisting them in their formation and capital structure. He began his career as an Asper Fellow in the U.S. Attorney's office in 1974 with the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. (Watergate prosecution team) before becoming an assistant district attorney. Mr. Goldberg was also a litigator in Philadelphia, where he maintained a private practice before he transitioned into a career in corporate restructuring. Mr. Goldberg has served as a director of both private and publicly traded companies and has served on audit and compensation committees.

Robert Lee, Board Member
Robert Lee is the managing partner of Sheffield Investment Partners, a position he has held since 2010. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Lee served as managing director of New Stream Capital, and from 2000 to 2007, he was managing director at CRT Capital Group. Mr. Lee is a board member of SL Investment Management. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Lee served on the board of Springs Industries, and from 2008 until 2013, he served on the board of Springs Window Fashions. He currently serves on the Wake Forest School of Business board of visitors, of which he is also a former chairman.
