Addressing the need to manage increasingly busy schedules, Meeting Maker, Inc., a leader in critical time and resource management software solutions, today announced that it has created a solution that enables customers to more easily view and manage multiple calendars and event schedules. This functionality is being made available through the integration of Meeting Maker's flagship products -- Meeting Maker Millennium, a personal and group scheduling software for organizations of all sizes; and WebEvent View, a Web-based tool providing event scheduling capabilities to academic institutions, businesses and other organizations.

This new integration capability now enables users to access published event calendars from WebEvent View and add them directly to their personal Millennium calendars. With one consolidated view for group and personal activities, users can compare selected public event schedules to the activities already on their calendar, view event details, and add specified events directly to their calendars as standard activities. This enables users to more effectively manage their schedules, save time and minimize confusion or missed events associated with trying to coordinate multiple calendars.
