Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. Announces Management Changes and Appointment of New Director

Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. ("Mega View") (TSX VENTURE:MVD) announces that Si Quan and Michael Lam have respectively been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Mega View effective immediately. Mr. Robert Ng has also joined the Board of directors of Mega View. Allan Lam has resigned as a Director and Chief Executive Officer and Felix Tung has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Mega View. Mr. Quan wishes to thank Messrs. Lam and Tung for their contribution to Mega View and wishes them luck in their future endeavours.

In addition to this appointment, Mr. Quan is General Manager of Atlantis-Air Link Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atlantis Transportation. He is a former Vice President and Managing Director of an international airline based in London, UK. He received a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta in 1984 and a B.B.A. from Simon Fraser University in 1986.

Michael Lam is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) with close to 20 years of experience in a multitude of capacities. He was formerly a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP specialising in Canadian and U.S. public companies filings. Michael has previously also served as Group Accountant at Vive Synergies Inc., a manufacturer of special telephony products and as Manager at KPMG (Mauritius). Michael originally qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (U.K.) in 1993 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (U.K.) in 1996.

Robert Ng is a Director of PD International, a division of Parkdick Enterprises Ltd., and also a Director of SORL International Holding Ltd. He received a B.A. from York University in 1986.

The Board of Directors of Mega View is concurrently comprised of Anthony Ng, Charles Kwan and Robert Ng.
