Megan Siason From Marrokal Design & Remodeling Elected to ASID San Diego Board of Directors

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 6, 2014) -  Interior Designer Megan Siason, from Marrokal Design & Remodeling, has been elected to the 2014/15 ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), San Diego Chapter, Board of Directors as Director of Communications.

"I love being a part of a community that shares the same passion for interior design. I've met so many people, developed amazing relationships and have grown so much in my profession since my college days -- thanks to ASID. I'm looking forward to serving our chapter with hopes that our members can experience the same value and benefits that I've received in the past several years," said Siason.

Previously, Siason served on the ASID San Diego Emerging Professionals Committee and held the position of Student Affairs Chair and as Student Representative to the Board. She has been a Member of ASID since 2009 and has also held various positions at the Mesa College and SDSU ASID Student Chapters.

Siason is a Cum Laude graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Art-Interior Design Emphasis. She also holds an AA Interior Design degree from San Diego Mesa College as well as CID (Certified Interior Designer) in 2013.
