Megola to Benefit From Agreement Between MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. and Pacific Channel Ltd.

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. to Establish US Network for Product Distribution

(PCL, an Asian Company) has engaged an agent in the USA to facilitate market identification and establish distribution channels for the Hartindo line of Anti-Fire products.

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MEVT) has been assigned exclusive agent rights for the United States from PCL for the distribution of the Anti-Fire line of products. (

Previously, Megola had signed an agreement with PCL that granted Megola the exclusive rights to manufacture the Hartindo line of products within North America and the exclusive rights to distribute these products in Canada, both directly and through Megola-appointed dealers, sub-agents, manufacturers and/or sales representatives (

Megola may also distribute the products in the United States both directly and indirectly through a non-exclusive agreement with PCL. With the signing of the exclusive agreement between PCL and MSE, Megola still reserves this right.
