Member Insurance Agency Announces New Advisory Committee

BARRINGTON, IL--(Marketwired - April 29, 2016) - Member Insurance Agency, Inc., the largest provider of insurance to co-op and independent hardware stores in the United States, today announces a new advisory committee that will help guide the agency in its mission of delivering a wide range of customized insurance products for the hardware and building supply wholesale and retail market.

The new Member Insurance Agency Advisory Committee consists of four leaders who will serve in three-year terms. Committee members are professional, qualified individuals with superior knowledge of Member Insurance Agency and the retail co-op industry. They represent a diverse group of retailers who bring to Member Insurance Agency a shared commitment of honesty, passion, perseverance, and integrity. Over time, it is expected that the size of the Advisory Committee will grow. The members of the Advisory Committee are:

Bruce Ellis (Chairman) -- President/CEO of Roswell Lumber Co., which has two Do it Center® locations in Roswell and Artesia, New Mexico, and an Overhead Door franchise serving southeastern New Mexico. Bruce has served on the Board of Directors for Member Insurance Ltd. for many years, holding several leadership roles on the Board and its committees.

John Fix 3^rd -- Owner of Cornell's True Value Hardware, Eastchester, New York. John has previously served on the Board of Directors for Member Insurance Ltd. including several years as Chairman.

Steve Fusek -- President of Fusek's True Value Hardware, Indianapolis, Indiana. Steve has held numerous leadership roles in the retail hardware industry as well as the racing industry.

Dan Berry -- Dan serves as President of Paradise Home Center, a third generation lumber and hardware store serving the community of Union, SC.
