Memento, Inc. Recognized as One of the Area's "Best Places to Work" by the Boston Business Journal

CONCORD, MA--(Marketwire - June 11, 2008) - Memento, Inc., a leader in fraud detection and risk mitigation for banks and credit unions, today announced that the Boston Business Journal has recognized the company as one of the greater Boston area's "Best Places to Work." The annual ranking of 60 small, midsized and large companies that are considered the best places to work is based on survey responses from employees of the nominated companies. Recognized as one of the Top 20 small companies, Memento and staff were honored at an awards breakfast earlier this week.

"Being recognized as one of the 'Best Places to Work' in Massachusetts validates our efforts to provide a fun, rewarding environment that encourages a work hard play hard culture," said BC Krishna, founder and CEO, Memento, Inc. "This award is a testament to our entire team, whose innovation and passion has led to Memento's success both internally and externally."

The "Best Places to Work" employee surveys ask questions related to work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, compensation and benefits. This year's top ranking firms were chosen from 375 nominations -- a record number of submissions in the six-year history of the "Best Places to Work." Companies are grouped based on their number of employees, as large (more than 500 employees), midsize (101-500 local employees) and small (20-100 local employees).

"This is one of our most popular events because it focuses on both employer and employees," said Michael Olivieri publisher of the Boston Business Journal. "We have found that achieving the title of 'Best Place to Work' is something companies are very proud to achieve because it shows they care about their most important asset -- their employees."
