CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 6, 2012) - MENA Hydrocarbons Inc. ("MENA" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MNH) today announced the resignation of Mr. Richard Grafton as a director of MENA effective June 6, 2012. MENA thanks Mr. Grafton for his service and contribution to the Company.
