Menlo Worldwide Logistics Selected by eos™ Products for U.S. Logistics, Distribution Program

Menlo to Support Product Launch and Ongoing Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation Management Needs for New Beauty Products Manufacturer

SAN MATEO, CA and NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 19, 2008) - Menlo Worldwide Logistics, the global logistics subsidiary of Con-way Inc. (NYSE: CNW), today announced that it has been selected by eos™ Products, a new company that makes innovative and stylish beauty products, to provide a turnkey solution for warehousing, distribution and transportation management services in North America.

Menlo is supporting the market launch of eos, the evolution of smooth™, with a full program of distribution and logistics management services as the company formally introduces its first product in the multi-billion dollar beauty care industry. Utilizing its modern, multi-client services facility in Fontana, Calif., Menlo's program will encompass product warehousing and inventory control, transportation management and fulfillment of orders for eos' customers in the United States and Canada.

"Menlo came to the table with a clearly distinctive, differentiated approach to logistics for high-value products that complemented our business strategy and market launch goals," said Sherry Jhawar, eos' director of Smooth Strategy. "As a new company, we needed a 3PL provider with the network already in place to help us execute our initial product launch, and be able to flex up rapidly as volumes grew and we added new lines. Menlo's experience in the cosmetics industry, its network and its integrated solution gives us the fast-launch, rapid-response, scalable distribution platform necessary for this business."

eos' debut product is an ultra moisturizing shave cream that reinvents the modern woman's shaving experience by leaving skin smooth long after shaving. It comes in three fresh, modern fragrances -- Pomegranate Raspberry, Island Blue and Vanilla Bliss -- with a suggested retail price of $4.99. eos launches this month at select Target stores, Wegmans and on in the United States and Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada.

eos is focusing on product design, manufacturing and merchandising while leveraging Menlo's recently introduced multi-client network warehouse management program as a turnkey, outsourced solution for product warehousing and distribution. The multi-client program can be scaled based on geographic market and volume needs, with a customizable package of technology, logistics support and full warehouse management functionality as required by the client. Menlo's solutions also leverage the company's experience and expertise, while incorporating advanced Lean methodologies and processes that focus on continuous improvement and elimination of waste throughout the supply chain.

"We're very pleased to welcome eos as a customer and for the opportunity to help them successfully launch their first product into market," said Robert L. Bianco Jr., president, Menlo Worldwide Logistics. "Our multi-client network platform is an excellent fit for this type of business. We can grow with our customer, supporting their strategies with consistent, dependable capacity and service as their business needs, product mix or markets grow. We look forward to opportunities to expand this valuable relationship in the future."

Other attributes of the multi-client warehouse network management solution that benefits eos Products include:

-- Rapid deployment of product using only the space needed, and the
ability to then quickly bring up fulfillment and distribution services
using shared systems, experience and best practices.
-- Flexibility in contract commitment length, the ability to share
existing IT platforms, an in-force and experienced management and labor
infrastructure, requisite equipment and assets, and a more extensive
geographic network of pre-configured warehouse operations.

In addition to Fontana, Calif., Menlo has multi-client facilities in Atlanta; Dallas; Aurora, Ill.; Cranbury, N.J.; Fremont, Calif.; and Portland, Ore. Outside the United States, Menlo's multi-client network facilities are located in Mexico, Canada, Asia and Europe.
