25-Year Industry Expert Scott Bennett Joins Agency

With more than 25 years of marketing experience, Bennett is charged with not only building successful brand strategies, but also managing and strengthening relationships between the agency and its clients.

Prior to MEplusYOU, he served as chief marketing officer for the American Cancer Society (ACS), where he developed the strategy that positioned ACS as "The Official Sponsor of Birthdays" and helped the organization exceed its e-revenue goals. As vice president for the national channel of Verizon Information Services, Bennett ran national customer and non-traditional sales channels and had P&L responsibility for almost $1 billion in annual revenue. No stranger to agency life, Bennett spent more than 14 years with various agencies, including DDB Needham and NW Ayer, advancing through the senior leadership ranks and collaborating with well-known companies, including General Mills, Kraft, JC Penney, GTE and British Aerospace.
