Merck & Co., Inc. Announces Global Multi-Service Agreement With HCL Technologies

SUNNYVALE, CA and WHITEHOUSE STATION, NJ--(Marketwire - December 18, 2007) - HCL Technologies Ltd. ("HCL"), a leading global IT services company, today announced a multi-year, multi-service agreement with Merck & Co., Inc., expanding upon the existing relationship that began in 2004. Under the terms of the new deal, HCL will provide strategic support to Merck's key IT initiatives.
