Meridian Knowledge Solutions Appoints Three Executives: Bryan Camp, Gary Underhill, and Kevin Harrison

Move Furthers Executive Team Alignment With Evolution of Corporate Strategy Around Learning

HERNDON, VA--(Marketwired - Mar 26, 2014) - Meridian Knowledge Solutions, a leading learning and performance technology provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of three senior executives to Vice President roles. As Meridian continues to focus on the role of learning as a transformative business agent, this executive team brings the experience and passion to elevate Meridian to its next stage of growth.

Bryan Camp was appointed to VP of Sales, where he will lead Meridian's knowledgeable, high-performing sales team, and define and execute the Meridian sales strategy. He brings extensive knowledge of enterprise learning management and HCM solutions to this role, along with a collaborative approach to evaluating and solving the business problems of prospective customers. Prior to joining Meridian, Bryan was an account executive at Saba Software, where he was responsible for building pipeline around Saba's cloud based solutions. Bryan is an accomplished industry veteran with more than 20 years of sales and management experience with leading organizations including ADP and Kronos (MM Hayes).

Gary Underhill was appointed to VP of Solutions Engineering to lead the team responsible for ensuring that clients and prospects understand the value of Meridian's solutions from product, technical, and business process perspectives. He has 25 years of experience with commercial and government sales, channel management, professional services, training, and customer support. Prior to joining Meridian, Gary was a key contributor in both management and individual roles at industry-leading organizations such as Software AG, Vantive (acquired by PeopleSoft), and most recently, Saba Software.

Finally, Kevin Harrison was appointed to VP of Professional Services, responsible for the leadership of Meridian's client-facing teams. He brings over 18 years of software deployment, training, business process consulting, managed services, and customer support experience to the team. Previously, Kevin was a driving force behind client satisfaction at Rivermine, a telecom expense management company ultimately acquired by IBM that enabled flexible cloud-based delivery models similar to those deployed at Meridian. While there, Kevin developed software deployment methodologies to reduce the delivery cycle time by 60%. During his tenure, Kevin managed customer accounts and executive relationships, keeping customer turnover below 5% and satisfaction above 85%.

"The appointment of these three individuals is an important step for Meridian as we position ourselves in the market to really change the conversation around learning." said Jason Marceau, COO. "Bryan, Gary, and Kevin all bring a wealth of experience in learning, along with the drive to lead that conversation going forward. There's a palpable excitement in the air at Meridian, and more to come."
