More About: Lapex-2000

The Lapex-2000 uses low-level laser therapy ("LLLT"), which delivers a
laser light to various areas of the body without damaging the skin
tissue. The light source is placed in contact with the skin allowing the
photon energy to penetrate tissue. The body then coverts the photon
energy into biochemical energy by interacting with cellular structures
resulting in the restoration of normal cell function and enhancement of
the body's natural healing process. The Lapex-2000 is digitally
controlled with an LCD screen and is easy to operate.

The Lapex-2000 is approved for use in treating Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
("CTS"). LLLT has been used to effectively treat a variety of conditions
including rheumatoid arthritis, immune system disorders, sports
injuries, inflammations, Angina Pectoris, Cerebral infarction, fibroid
tissue and functional disorders in muscles, tendons and joints, as well
as increasing and improving blood supply. The Company believes its
product can greatly reduce the need for medication and surgery while
helping people towards a more active and less painful lifestyle.

there will be over 100,000 chiropractors in the United States, the 3rd
largest doctoral-level health care profession after medicine and

LLLT is one of today's most effective healing tools. Unlike many
therapies and drugs that just treat symptoms, LLLT has the ability to
actually promote and enhance healing. LLLT is the future of medicine and
is a modality that is rapidly growing in popularity throughout the world.

LLLT's Long Term Cumulative Effects

- ATP production is increased by increasing the number and productivity
of mitochondria resulting in improved cellular metabolism;

- Increased levels of serotonin production and endorphins (the body's
natural mood-enhancing and pain relief hormones);

- Regulates electrolyte balance

- Stimulates immune response

- Reduces inflammation by suppressing inflammatory enzymes that create
swelling, redness, pain, and heat and enhance the release of
anti-inflammatory enzymes;

- Enhances lymphatic drainage, which increases circulation, reduces
edema and speeds healing.

- Stimulates the healing process

- Release and production of growth hormone
