Meru Provides Scalable, Flexible Wi-Fi to Keep Faith Lutheran Students Engaged in Education Environment

SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 6, 2012) - Meru Networks, Inc., (NASDAQ:MERU) a leader in virtualized 802.11n enterprise wireless networking, worked with Faith Lutheran to deploy a campus-wide wireless network that would serve all students and faculty, in an effort to modernize the network and engage students through creative teaching approaches.

Tom Chalfant, director of computer services at Faith Lutheran, says that the ongoing changing classroom environment that once presented a challenge on the school's former Wi-Fi network is now made possible through Meru. Chalfant reports that Meru's solution not only scales easily as needed, but deploys quickly and reliably, ultimately resulting in less time rebooting access points and fielding IT calls.

Students of Faith Lutheran currently use the Wi-Fi network to participate in many collaboration projects, communicate, conduct research, and create and present videos.

News Facts:
