Meryllion Resources – Cancellation of Options

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - December 15, 2014) - Meryllion Resources Corporation ("Meryllion" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MYR) announces the following two changes to its number of stock options outstanding.

The Company has terminated, without cause, its contract with Apex Capital Inc. ("Apex") to provide investor relations and corporate communication services to the Company effective November 30, 2014. Following the termination of Apex, the Company has cancelled 66,666 unvested stock options that were exercisable at $0.12. As per the Company's stock option plan any vested stock options held at the time of termination without cause remain exercisable for a period of 90 days following the termination. Therefore, pending the exercise of such options, a further 33,334 options exercisable at $0.12 will be cancelled on March 1, 2015.

Following the resignation of Terry Krepiakevich as CEO effective December 14, 2013, the Company has cancelled 141,666 unvested stock options that were exercisable at $0.30. As per the Company's stock option plan any vested stock options held at the time of resignation remain exercisable for a period of 90 days following the resignation. Therefore, pending the exercise of such options, a further 283,334 options exercisable at $0.30 will be cancelled on March 14, 2015.
