James Elder Joins Message Systems to Manage Finance Operations for Continued Rapid Growth

COLUMBIA, MD--(Marketwire - April 22, 2008) - Email solutions provider Message Systems announced today that it has hired James Elder as chief financial officer. An expert in financial modeling and analysis, process improvement and redesign, cash management and technology integration, Elder brings 14 years of accounting and finance experience to Message Systems.

Elder has diverse experience in the consumer goods, distribution and transportation industries where he developed an aptitude for proactively identifying and resolving problems, implementing solutions, defining and implementing accounting and operations processes, maximizing productivity and delivering significant profit increases. Prior to joining Message Systems, he filled financial and accounting roles ranging from director of Planning to director of Financial Operations to audit manager at 180s, Aether, Black & Decker and Deloitte & Touche. Elder holds a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
