COLUMBIA, MD--(Marketwired - Dec 30, 2013) - Message Systems, the global leader in digital messaging software, has released a series of thought leadership materials offering guidance to email services providers (ESPs) and marketing automation companies on improving deliverability and how to optimize their business approach for the emerging mobile environment. Message Systems Momentum is the messaging platform of choice for many of the world's largest ESPs, and the company has a long history of helping email industry firms overcome challenges to grow their businesses.
Most recently, Message Systems produced a webinar, The Time Is Now for Multichannel, Why ESPs Need to Move Beyond Email. Hosted by director of product marketing Jose Santa Ana, the webinar examined the growing need for ESPs to diversify their offerings beyond email. With increasing numbers of brand marketers looking for service providers to help them with multichannel campaigns, ESPs will need to equip themselves to support mobile channels including text messaging and push notifications for mobile apps.
The webinar provided guidance on how ESPs can effectively incorporate mobile into their services mix, and was based on a white paper, The New Communications Standard, How to Drive Engagement by Combining Email with Mobile Messaging. This piece explored the ways in which ESPs and marketers can drive better results and more value by combining email, text and push in targeted, coordinated cross-channel campaigns. These pieces followed up Email Best Practices 101, a guide for building and maintaining a good sender reputation through segregation, bounce management and preference-aware messaging. It also explained how technical capabilities can play a crucial role in boosting deliverability.
"Message Systems takes pride in the fact the many of the world's largest ESPs choose to build their businesses on the Momentum platform," said Steve Dille, SVP of marketing at Message Systems. "We're always looking for new ways to help our ESP customers optimize their investment in our solutions, and trust that this bundle of resources will help to advance that objective as we move into the New Year."
"Message Systems has done a lot to help Infusionsoft optimize its digital messaging operations," said James Thompson, director of email operation at Infusionsoft, provider of the leading sales and marketing software for small businesses. "For instance, if we encounter delivery and reputation issues, we know about them right away and we can resolve problems proactively. Momentum with Adaptive Delivery has certainly had a positive impact on customer satisfaction."
