Metallum Files Lawsuit Against OneUp

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 23, 2015) - Metallum Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MRV) ("Metallum") announces that it has filed a lawsuit in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice against 2315257 Ontario Inc. ("OneUp") alleging that OneUp is in breach of the terms of the arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement") dated July 27, 2015 between Metallum and OneUp, the holding company for its operating subsidiary One Up Games, LLC. Metallum is, among other things, seeking specific performance under the Arrangement Agreement.

Metallum has also been named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by OneUp in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in which OneUp is seeking to have the court declare that the Arrangement Agreement has been terminated by the mutual agreement of Metallum and OneUp. Metallum clearly disputes OneUp's position on this matter and Metallum will vigorously defend this lawsuit.
