Bernstein joins the company from Exponential Interactive where he served as US VP of Sales & Account Management. At Metamarkets, Bernstein is responsible for leading the sales organization and helping the company scale its client base of leading marketing technology companies. He is the fourth advertising industry veteran to join the company's executive team in six months.

As Exponential Interactive's US VP of Sales & Account Management, Bernstein led a 40 person team operating across the company's cross-platform brands: Tribal Fusion, Firefly Video, Appsnack, and Adotube. Previously he served as Regional Sales Director for AOL Media where he oversaw sales efforts across the company's Platform-A solutions. Before that, Bernstein was VP of Sales for Q-Interactive and ValueClick Media, respectively. He holds a BA from Indiana University.
