Metatron (MRNJ) Issues i-Mobilize's App Revenue Update and Android News

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - February 1, 2011) - Metatron, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MRNJ) -- The month of January 2011 Metatron's App division i-Mobilize iPhone/iPad revenues increased about 45% month over month to $53,633, as compared to December 2010 which was $36,925, and over a 700% increase compared to the same time last year ($7,537).

Although there is no assurance revenues will continue to grow, the company believes the increase is due to the rising popularity of mobile devices and the apps in general, as well as i-Mobilize's expanding portfolio of apps.

One of the only publicly traded app companies, Metatron's app division i-Mobilize surpassed its production goal and released over 100 apps in January 2011, now over 1000 total, and expects to increase output in the following months. The Company reached another stated goal by porting its first top-selling app to Android, "Believe in Weight Loss" by Benjamin Bonetti, and expects to convert all its top apps soon. We expect our first App store selling thousands of titles to appear on Android in March 2011.

Free ad-supported apps are now on sale, using i-Mobilize's proprietary advertising system and we are currently beta-testing iAD for iTunes. The Company expects to have versions of all its paid top-selling apps offered as free ad-supported apps in the near future, creating another significant revenue stream.
