MetraTech Hosts SaaS Customer Success Management Event

The Hotline Magazine Publisher Mikael Blaisdell to Lead "SaaS/Cloud Customer Retention and the Future of Customer Success Management" Discussion

The presentation is geared toward C-level executives who are tasked with attracting and retaining customers for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud-based offerings.
