MetraTech Names Charles Jarvis Vice President of Sales EMEA

Industry Veteran to Expand MetraTech's Global Presence

WALTHAM, MA--(Marketwire - Sep 5, 2012) - MetraTech Corp., the leading provider of agreements-based billing and compensation solutions, today announced that Charles Jarvis has been named vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Jarvis will be based in MetraTech's European headquarters in London. He is tasked with capitalizing on MetraTech's global momentum to expand the company's customer base internationally.

Jarvis comes to MetraTech most recently from Platform Computing, a cloud management software company that was recently acquired by IBM. He was vice president of sales, EMEA for Platform's Financial Services division. Prior to IBM, Jarvis was vice president of sales and business development, EMEA for Oracle Corporation's Fusion Middleware Division, where he created sales and professional services partner channels. Jarvis also established Oracle's U.K. Ltd. company operations.
