MetraTech to Integrate MetraNet Billing With Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

BARCELONA, SPAIN--(Marketwire - February 14, 2011) - Mobile World Congress -- MetraTech Corp., the innovative charging, billing, settlement and customer care software provider, today announced an integration initiative with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The integration will enhance MetraNet's highly configurable billing solution with an online and on-premise connection to the advanced, push-button business solution capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 delivers new levels of productivity to sales, service and marketing organizations by providing their professionals with a familiar user experience, industry-leading collaboration, streamlined processes and access to real-time data. Through the integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MetraTech's customers will reduce the risk and effort involved in synchronizing MetraNet's best-in-class billing with ready-to-publish solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for order capture, billing provisioning and relationship management.
