Metro Health Adopts Adaptive Planning for Corporate Performance Management

The finance team at Metro Health relied on Excel spreadsheets to manage a complex budget with more than 80 revenue and cost centers. Consolidating these spreadsheets into a final plan was time consuming and difficult, and data analysis was challenging.

Metro Health wanted to move to a modern, web-based solution for collaborative planning and reporting.
