Metro Technology Expands Sales Team

Police Chief Russ McKibben (Retired) and Robert Falcinelli to Support Public Safety Software Company's Existing Clients and Grow Client Base


WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - Jul 25, 2012) - Metro Technology Services, Inc., leading provider of public safety software solutions serving agencies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, today announced that it has expanded its sales team with the addition of Chief Russell (Russ) McKibben (retired) as a senior representative and Robert (Bob) Falcinelli as an account executive.

Joining the Borough of Dormont's Police Department in Allegheny County, Pa. as a patrol officer in 1981, Chief McKibben ran the department of 20 full-time and 22 part-time sworn and civilian employees serving more than 10,000 civilians from 1993-2009. He has also served as president of the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association (PCPA), where he overhauled the entire investment strategy and approval procedure for the organization's annual budget and $2.5 million strategic fund.

Throughout his career he has developed, standardized, and implemented new policies and procedures, including statewide technology upgrades, human resource and personnel management, local and state bylines, public safety awareness, and civic engagement. Chief McKibben also has extensive board level experience, servicing on numerous police promotional boards throughout the region and Commonwealth. He earned a B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Falcinelli
As a seasoned sales professional, Mr. Falcinelli has more than 15 years of experience building strong relationships with clients and prospects and managing projects; as well as expanding territories and increasing revenues for his employers.

Mr. Falcinelli worked as an independent medical sales consultant before joining Metro Technology. From 1988-2000, he held positions with the DuPont Company's Medical Products Division. He's a graduate of King's College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. with a B.A. in mass media communications and English.
