Keane will oversee marketing communications, creative services, customer acquisition and product marketing for MetTel's advanced communications solutions, including voice, data, telecom expense management (TEM) and cloud services.

Keane brings over 20 years of successful business and brand building experience at a number of world-class technology, software and Internet companies. Prior to joining MetTel, Keane served as vice president of marketing for cloud services at Genesys, a global customer experience and contact center solution company. Before that he was vice president of marketing and business development at MicroStrategy's Cloud Contact Center division and vice president of marketing at LegalMatch, a SaaS solution for professional service providers. Kean also served as Managing Director with global brand responsibilities at EarthLink and held marketing leadership positions at Intuit, General Mills and Rust-Oleum.
A 1993 graduate of the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles with a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, Keane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Hamilton College. He sits on the boards of Leadverse, Inc., a lead generation company in San Francisco, and iQabinet, Inc., a personal finance cloud company in Washington, DC.
