MGI Amalgamates with Conestoga-Rovers & Associates

Attention: Business/Financial Editor, Environment Editor, Science Editor, Tech/Telecomm Editor WATERLOO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 2, 2005) - Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA) is pleased to announce that MGI has amalgamated with CRA, effective October 1, 2005. A progressive step in the partnership between CRA and MGI, this initiative further strengthens the ties that were created in 2001 when CRA assumed 50% ownership of MGI.

In 2001, MGI had 3 offices and 45 staff members. Since that time, MGI has significantly expanded its services and presence in Atlantic Canada to 6 offices and 80 people. MGI's steady growth demonstrates that the alliance with CRA has been highly successful for its business, offers greater opportunities for staff, and most importantly, provides a greater level of expertise and service to its clients.

MGI has adopted the Conestoga-Rovers & Associates name to better reflect the integration of services and the enhanced breadth of expertise being offered. This move provides better access to CRA's robust infrastructure along with greater efficiencies. MGI's staff have been fully incorporated into CRA, which ensures project continuity and the continuation and enhancement of MGI's excellent reputation and service level.

"This initiative is all about providing an increased level of service to our current clients, about going forward to attract new clients, and pursuing new markets," explained John Hart, founder of MGI. "By amalgamating with CRA we have made a bold step that will lead to an even more positive future, a reinforcement of our standards of excellence, and allow us to continue offering a winning situation for our clients."
