MGN Technologies Announces Update of Local Advertising Program for the Frazoo Network

KIRKLAND, WA--(Marketwire - September 19, 2007) - MGN Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: MGNLF) today announced the launch of the Frazoo Local Network (the "Network") in twenty North American metropolitan areas with unique state-of-the art websites focused on local business marketing.

Frazoo has launched unique, stand-alone websites to recruit businesses for the Frazoo Local Network. The websites focus on signing up local businesses who want to market within their geographical area. Frazoo services include: displaying text ads across the Frazoo search network and providing locally generated leads, search engine marketing and search engine management. The Network consists of local businesses in several large cities in the U.S., who want to advertise in search engines, directories and other publishers to generate leads, increase exposure and create a branded identity. MGN Technologies is the marketing and sales arm of the Network, responsible for recruiting local businesses. MGN, in conjunction with Frazoo, has contacted more than 1,000 businesses in major cities about participating in the network. In test marketing, MGN has recruited more than fifty local advertisers for Frazoo generating $10,000 in advertising revenue.

Metropolitan areas targeted for local Internet marketing are New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, Houston, Miami, Washington, Atlanta, Detroit, Boston, San Francisco, Phoenix, Seattle, Minneapolis, San Diego, St. Louis, Tampa, Baltimore, Denver and Pittsburgh.

"Our test marketing has been successful," said MGN Technologies CEO Mark Jensen. "We wanted to discover the key characteristics of local marketing on the Internet and how we can use Frazoo's assets to drive revenue." Jensen said the typical small business advertiser for a pay-per-click program in Frazoo pays approximately $500 a month. "We think we've found a successful formula and the launch of the local marketing websites are the outcome of our testing," he said. "Frazoo is actively recruiting advertisers using the new websites and pay-per-click advertising campaigns in Frazoo."

Frazoo is a tier-three search engine network consisting of fifty search engines, portals and publishers who distribute sponsored advertising to consumers. On its website, Frazoo says the network reaches 38 million people who are using the Internet to seek information, access and goods in the B2B marketplace. Sponsored links are purchased through a pay-per-click keyword bidding system. It works the same as Google Adwords or Yahoo! Sponsored Search. Advertisers, who want to promote their products or services in the sponsored list, pay a per click fee based on bidding with competitors for strategic keywords. Unlike other traditional marketing pay per click is very affordable. Locally sponsored keywords provide vast opportunities for all size businesses to compete for customers searching online and offers measurable results. Locally sponsored searches can achieve multiple objectives for small businesses, including acquiring new customers, increasing brand awareness or influencing purchasing decisions.
