MGN Technologies, Inc. Corporate Update

KIRKLAND, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2006 -- MGN Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: MGNLF), doing business as Mobile Gaming Now (the "Company"), has announced that an "E" extension has been posted to the Company's stock symbol in error. The delinquent filer status reported by the Exchange on February 21, 2006 was due to their expectance of a quarterly report for the period ended December 31, 2005 to have been filed by February 14, 2006.

Pursuant to a share exchange transaction with the former shareholders of Ignition Technologies Inc. completed on October 25, 2005, the Company filed a Form 8-K on October 31, 2005 outlining the details and indicating a mandatory year end change from March 31 to December 31. Details of the change in the fiscal year end can be found under Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets. As such, the Company has notified the Exchange of said error and has been informed that the delinquent filer status will be removed from the Company's stock symbol by February 22, 2006. The Company will be filing financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2005 on or before the filing deadline of March 31, 2006.
