Michael H. Thomas Increases Angel Investment in Surging Travel Ad Network

Nation's Leading Vertical Ad Network in Travel Scales Rapidly; Adds Thomas and Brian Silver to Board

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 13, 2007) - Travel Ad Network (TAN), the leading vertical ad network in travel, today announced that Michael H. Thomas, an online travel entrepreneur and investor since 1995, has made an investment in the company of up to $1.2 million. Mr. Thomas also becomes Chairman of the Board which includes TAN CEO Cree Lawson and new Board member Brian Silver.

This is first time that TAN has raised outside funds since it launched in 2003.

A native of Dakar, Senegal, West Africa, Mr. Thomas was educated in England. He started his career in finance in London as a trader and became an independent floor trader at age 20. In 1989 Mr. Thomas moved to the US to pursue investing with angel financing and real estate. In 1995, he founded which he sold in 2000 to Amadeus and Terra Lycos but continued working at OneTravel until October 2004. Mr. Thomas also developed Villa Resort in Thailand, founded BookingWiz and Fare.Net (later merging Fare.Net with Coelis) and raised $10.3 million for Europe/Asia travel metasearch.

Also joining the TAN Board of Directors is Brian Silver who is currently the Chief Operating Officer at NetCash, a virtual gift card company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Silver served as COO for Did-it Search Marketing, and Vice President of Operations for IAC Advertising (the advertising solutions and sales division of Ask Jeeves, formerly AJinteractive). He also was Vice President & General Manager of Ask Jeeves' holding MaxOnline, which he joined in 2002 after facilitating the successful merger -- as a strategic consultant -- between MaxOnline business DoubleClick Media and interactive advertising firm L90. Prior to MaxOnline, Mr. Silver served as a Senior Product Manager for NOVO Media Group (now Semaphore Partners) where he developed large-scale websites for A-list clients. Before his interactive career, Mr. Silver spent 11 years in operations management for manufacturing facilities.
