Michael Pratt Joins CardStar as Chief Operating Officer

Veteran Financial Executive Will Lead CardStar's Finance and Operations Strategy

  • CardStar, the leader in mobile loyalty card applications, today announced that Michael Pratt, former chief financial officer for Trust Digital, has joined the company as its chief operating officer. 

  • Pratt joins CardStar with more than 35 years of management and finance experience, as well as more than two decades of involvement in the startup and venture capital industry at companies such as Trust Digital, SentitO Networks and Galt Associates, Inc.

  • While at Trust Digital from 2006 to 2010, Pratt played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by McAfee, and also negotiated and closed Trust Digital's first OEM relationship with a $2 billion company in the end point security space.

  • At Galt Associates, Inc., Pratt managed the company's finance, human resources, IT, legal and administration groups. Pratt played a pivotal role in the company's 2006 acquisition by Cerner Corporation.

  • Pratt will work closely with Andy Miller, CardStar's chief executive officer, to guide the company's finances and future business activities.
