MicroLink, LLC Hires Former Microsoft Director, Jim Ferguson, to Lead Its New Strategic Solutions Practice

Ferguson's Role Was Key to Building Microsoft's First Billion Dollar District, Microsoft Federal

VIENNA, VA--(Marketwire - April 22, 2008) - MicroLink, LLC, Microsoft's Federal Partner of the Year (2007), DoD Partner of the Year (2006, 2007) and Autonomy's Global Partner of the Year (2007), announced today that it has hired Jim Ferguson as its Vice President of Corporate Development for the on-going development and execution of the MicroLink strategic solution strategy.

Prior to joining MicroLink, Ferguson was the Director, Solutions and Technology, Microsoft Federal. As the Director, he built and managed a team that architected innovative solutions and drove double-digit growth that helped make Microsoft Federal the company's first billion dollar district. A West Point graduate with a Master of Science degree in Operations Research and Statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Ferguson built his career in the knowledge management industry working in key positions and was the principal architect of the Joint Chief of Staff's Enterprise Knowledge Management Program.
