Microlog Wins Contract From State of Delaware Department of Labor to Expand TeleBenefits System

GERMANTOWN, MD--(Marketwire - December 11, 2008) - Microlog Corporation (PINKSHEETS: MLOG), a Germantown, Maryland-based technology leader in Integrated Voice Response (IVR) and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions for the Government, Healthcare and lotteries has been awarded a contract from the state of Delaware Department of Labor for a system expansion of their TeleBenefits system. TeleBenefits is a feature of the Information Hotline that allows claimants a quick and easy way to claim their weekly unemployment insurance benefits check by telephone. The Microlog Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system provides claimants the ability to check the status of their weekly unemployment insurance benefits checks and submit their weekly benefit eligibility certification. It will also provide callers with basic information about filing initial claims, details about eligibility requirements, maximum and minimum benefit amounts, new employer registration, as well as telephone numbers for further information.
