Microserv Signs Contract To Acquire MediSolution's Site Management Division

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - May 20, 2005) - MediSolution (TSX:MSH) announced today that Microserv has signed a contract to purchase MediSolution's site management division. The Site Management business provides outsourced personnel to five healthcare facilities in the Montreal region to operate the IT and network environments for these facilities. The business generates revenue of approximately $1.2 million per year. This transaction will result in the transfer of five contracts and reassignment of 16 MediSolution employees to Microserv effective May 1, 2005. MediSolution has also chosen Microserv as a preferred supplier of information technology hardware to service its base of customers in Canada.

This acquisition is in line with the strategic orientation of both companies. "The addition of MediSolution's customers and our partnership will strengthen our position in the healthcare market and accelerate the delivery of services in Quebec", said Christian Desrochers, Vice President, Technical and Professional Services at Microserv. "Our company is renowned for its efficiency and the quality of its staff and delivery of its services."

Customers affected by this transaction will continue to get the best service currently available as their software needs will continue to be met by MediSolution's product suite and, in addition, will be able to take advantage of the following services offered by Microserv:

- Equipment and Software Purchasing

- Technical Services

- Network Infrastructure Solutions (Access, Security, Storage)

- Staffing (Site Management)

"The divestiture of the Site Management business to Microserv is in line with MediSolution's continued focus on its core software products and systems integration services," said Allan Lin, President and Chief Executive Officer, MediSolution.
