Microwave Roasters Developments

WHITTIER, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 22, 2006 -- Pop N Go, Inc. (OTCBB: POPN) is pleased to announce that Microwave Roasters, Inc., a subsidiary of Pop N Go, has achieved several positive developments in its microwave snack business.

First, the company has received an initial order from a chain of 35 stores in upstate New York. The Company has also been assured that two other affiliated store chains, with 12 and 26 stores respectively, will also place orders with MRI in the next few days.

Secondly, the Company has been chosen to participate in a statewide "Buy Alabama's Best" program. This program has the support of the office of Governor Bob Riley, who has declared October to be Alabama Food Products Month. Retailers who have committed to support this program include Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Bi-Lo/Brunos, and Publix. Microwave Roasters expects to have its products highlighted in many of the major supermarkets of Alabama during that month.

Steve Grossman, President of Microwave Roasters, is excited about these developments. "Being selected for this program shows that we are considered a mainstream supplier to the Alabama stores. The statewide publicity campaign that will accompany the program should also be very beneficial to us. We know that when we get the retail exposure, we make a lot of new committed customers. Similarly, our new business in New York shows that our potential is not limited to local or even regional markets. We further expect to be announcing significant new export business in the coming weeks."
