MidasTrade to Integrate GDAN for Direct Access Executions for Korea Stock & Futures Exchange

BUENA PARK, CALIFORNIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 9, 2005) - Midas Securities, LLC. (member NASD and SIPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of MidasTrade.com Inc. (PINK SHEETS:MIDS) announces that it will integrate the MidasTrade Global Direct Access Network (GDAN) with Korea Securities Computer Corporation's ("KOSCOM") STP HUB allowing direct access execution services for U.S. ECNs, brokerage firms and financial institutions to trade Korean securities, futures and options.

Currently in Korea, foreign transactions are completed offline and done primarily over the phone by large institutional firms. Foreign transactions represent 28% off all stock volume, 12% of options and 22% of all futures traded on the Korean Stock Exchange. In May of 2005, Korea's stock transactions were valued at 74 Trillion Won with more than 28% (21 Trillion Won) of that coming from foreign trading.

KOSCOM, established by the Ministry of Finance and Korea Stock Exchange in 1977, exclusively provides all the stock market information, as well as service bureau, home trading and back office services. The Korea Exchange trading system is the key system in Korea securities and futures markets. KOSCOM developed and launched the Korea's first stock trading system in 1988 and KOSPI200 index futures & options market systems. Since its system operations began, KOSCOM has delivered appropriate system upgrades with the change of the market rules and the new open markets such as REPO market and the bond market. In addition, KOSCOM provides trading system and back office system for 13 correspondent Korean brokerage firms. MidasTrade and KOSCOM plan to allow KOSCOM correspondents to trade U.S. securities through MidasTrade GDAN in 2006.

MidasTrade.com President, Jay Lee commented "Our agreement with KOSCOM to provide inbound services (direct access execution of Korean securities, futures and options) for U.S. ECNs, brokerage firms and financial institutions means that MidasTrade GDAN is now truly a two way network providing both incoming and outgoing orders between Korea and the U.S."

KOSCOM was established by the Ministry of Finance and the Korea Stock Exchange to computerize the securities markets and related industries systems. Since its foundation, KOSCOM has led the development of the Korea securities and futures market through providing IT infrastructure. KOSCOM provides market participants IT solutions and real- time market information.

With advanced IT infrastructures and accumulated experiences, KOSCOM takes its role seriously as the unique IT solution provider by offering a cutting-edge technology. KOSCOM is proud to be the guiding model of a professional IT infrastructure provider in domestic and international market.
