NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Feb 7, 2013) - Reflecting the emerging importance of converged media in communications, Middleberg Communications, a public relations agency and Laundry Service, a social media agency, have formally combined operations under a holding company called 247 Group, effective immediately. The two firms have operated in tandem in the same offices for the past year, sharing clients and joining forces on business development initiatives.
While both Middleberg Communications and Laundry Service will continue to maintain and market their respective brands, all operations will now be conducted under a single holding company format. All 24 employees will be employees of 247 Group, led by Don Middleberg, CEO of Middleberg Communications and Laundry Service, and Jason Stein, founder of Laundry Service and President of the firms.
