Midland International Completes Name Change to Lumonall Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 16, 2007) - Midland International Corp. (OTCBB:MLIC) (the "Company") today announced that it has been issued a new trading symbol reflecting its previously announced name change to "Lumonall Inc." (www.lumonall.com). The Company's new trading symbol for its Common Stock is "LUMN," effective upon the market opening tomorrow, Friday, August 17, 2007.

Voting and all other rights relating to the Company's Common Stock will not be affected by the name change. Further, the name change has no impact on the validity or transferability of currently outstanding stock certificates.
