Midwest Real Estate Data and CoreLogic® Announce MLS Data Co-op Agreement

LISLE, IL--(Marketwire - Jun 28, 2011) - Midwest Real Estate Data LLC (MRED) (www.mredllc.com) and CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX) announced today that MRED will be participating in the CoreLogic® MarketLinx® MLS Data Co-op™, which will give MRED's brokers, agents and appraisers access to multiple listing service (MLS) listings from across the nation and will enable MRED customers to market their properties to the entire country.

The MLS Data Co-op brings MRED customers a wealth of information they could not access before and marketing opportunities that were once beyond reach. Aside from searching and marketing listings across the country, the MLS Data Co-op also gives users all the information they need on a single screen and access to all listings through a sophisticated map-centric interface. It provides valuable property data and reports such as RealAVM™ valuations, tax records, listing history, nearby schools, neighborhood data, community demographics, real estate trends, foreclosure information and more. It works across all popular browsers and platforms, and provides a common format for listings across MLSs without sacrificing locally unique data values.
