Midwest Real Estate Data and CoreLogic® Announce MLS Data Co-op Agreement

LISLE, IL--(Marketwire - Jun 28, 2011) - Midwest Real Estate Data LLC (MRED) ( and CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX) announced today that MRED will be participating in the CoreLogic® MarketLinx® MLS Data Co-op™, which will give MRED's brokers, agents and appraisers access to multiple listing service (MLS) listings from across the nation and will enable MRED customers to market their properties to the entire country.

The MLS Data Co-op brings MRED customers a wealth of information they could not access before and marketing opportunities that were once beyond reach. Aside from searching and marketing listings across the country, the MLS Data Co-op also gives users all the information they need on a single screen and access to all listings through a sophisticated map-centric interface. It provides valuable property data and reports such as RealAVM™ valuations, tax records, listing history, nearby schools, neighborhood data, community demographics, real estate trends, foreclosure information and more. It works across all popular browsers and platforms, and provides a common format for listings across MLSs without sacrificing locally unique data values.

"Our world is being made smaller and smaller every day by technology," said MRED's Chief Executive Officer, Russ Bergeron. "Today's real estate practitioner is expected to have access to credible, high quality information for properties in their neighborhood as well as around the country. The MLS Data Co-op provides this capability to our customers as well as giving our brokers and agents the ability to market their properties nationally."

Another important aspect of the MLS Data Co-op is that this is not a consumer based or public web site solution. It is for use by real estate professionals only and therefore gives access to more listing fields and far more data than available on the public facing websites brokers and agents otherwise have to rely upon.

"Our MLS Data Co-op customers access listings from their local market, from the market next door, and from relocation markets on the other side of the country," said Ben Graboske, Chief Executive Officer of CoreLogic MarketLinx. "Combined with the new features and all the value-added data CoreLogic offers, such as RealAVM reports and foreclosure information, the MLS Data Co-op is a powerful data sharing tool."
