Newbauer, and MTP New Media President, Timothy Bredemeyer will be attending PrePaid Expo USA 2010, February 22nd-24th at the RIO Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada as part of MTP's agenda to streamline processes and profits for ServeNation ( MTP New Media's recent acquisition is socially conscious business model servicing charities and charitably minded consumers alike with simple fundraising solutions based in retail gift card sales. It is in line with MTP partners' core values and long-term initiatives to continue growing a multi-faceted Entertainment and Media Conglomerate multiple brands held by the MTP banner. The company utilizes strategies to create progressive mechanisms for socially conscious profitability.

MTP Prods has entered agreements with a nationally chartered financial institution with assets exceeding $300 million to provide the new ServeNation with its flagship fundraising device: a prepaid, loadable general use debit card accepted at millions of locations worldwide. The new ServeNation model allows MTP to participate in the $3 trillion and growing prepaid debit card market.

In addition, MTP's prospective partner is home to a division providing premier electronic banking services throughout the United States for a variety of product line services. It continues to lead the industry in electronic banking; Newbauer and Bredemeyer, on behalf of MTP's ServeNation (and another online business formation utilizing similar elements), has been invited to meet with the institution's Director of Business Development and its Vice President while attending the 2010 expo in Vegas for ServeNation to solidify the relationship. 

The 2010 Prepaid Expo USA is the Prepaid Card industry's primary meeting place, bringing together professionals from leading retailers, collateral providers, processors, financial institutions and marketers in the prepaid marketplace with speakers from Visa Global, MasterCard and former President Bill Clinton, among others. Newbauer and Bredemeyer plan to secure key industry connections that will solidify a competitive position for all that is ServeNation including a source of collateral providers for a ServeNation credit card.
