Mike The Pike Productions Sets Up a Double Knockout for MMA & ServeNation

MTP Gets Off the Mat and Into the Cage With Confirmed Date, Venue & Cause for MMA Events Kickoff

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - March 5, 2010) - (PINKSHEETS: MIKP) -- Just when you may start to wonder about the diversification model of mini-media conglomerate, Mike The Pike Productions, Inc., they go and tie MTP's much anticipated MMA Fights to MTP's newly acquired ServeNation. This week, Mike the Pike Productions formed Fight Night MMA, LLC with Dragon's Den MMA in a 50/50 partnership to produce and promote various themed MMA fights beginning with a lineup in the Midwest United States for 2010. The partnership ( was initiated last year shortly after the inception of MTP's Concert/Events division.

In addition to forming Fight Night MMA, LLC toward long-term relations, the domain name has been purchased to allow as an interface for schedules, pictures, interviews, etc. for everything relating to the partnership's past and upcoming events. MTP CEO and President Mark B. Newbauer comments: "It (the site) is currently under development and will go live before ticket sales are announced for the first event which is to take place on Saturday, June 5th, 2010 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in a 360 degree cage setup allowing for over 13,000 seats and over 100 VIP tables which will sell for a minimum of $1000 each to sponsors and fans. Selling the VIP tables alone puts us in a profitable position and these seats often go for $500-$15000."

Newbauer continues, "The first event in the MMA series, currently titled FIGHTING TRAFFIC, will focus on raising awareness on the true horrors of human slavery & sex trafficking while promoting charitable giving to entities such as Artists for Amnesty, Polaris Project and others as such."

Fight Night MMA will welcome spokespersons from one or more entities to aid in awareness for this issue. The partnership will also donate a portion of the event's proceeds to one or more charities with a focus on the fight against human trafficking and MTP's ServeNation will be a major sponsor of the event.

"The ServeNation tie-in should prove to be a highly effective integration harvesting a host of long-term users for the new ServeNation business model based on its catchphrases, 'One Card. One World. One Nation.' , 'Pre-Pay it Forward' and 'Passive Giving for the Active Consumer'; users commit to purchase General Purpose Reloadable Gift Cards for everyday purchases; each and every load and swipe of the card produces a micropayment to the consumer's charity/non-profit of choice. Our conservative goal there is to gather a minimum of 25,000 ServeNation users by the end of 2010 with an average of $100 per month loaded/swiped, which will produce sales of over $10,000,000 for the company; $200k-300k in net revenue. This is perfect for major charities in a time where fundraising is their biggest challenge and we are providing a viable solution to their constituents requiring no adjustment in budget or spending habits. It will be fairly unrecognizable to those familiar to the original ServeNation, but discussions with consumers, charities and providers at the Prepaid Expo 2010 have only reinforced the power of this new model," concludes Newbauer.

More to come on the MMA event and ServeNation business model , so stay tuned! MTP is to meet with a major credit card network in Chicago mid-month and is finalizing steps with its issuing bank which will serve as funding and credit provider for the ServeNation cards. Fight Night MMA is planning at least 2 events for 2010 and FIGHTING TRAFFIC will include both UFC veterans, MMA Pro/Am Fighters and will be a fully sanctioned fight where appropriate (amateur portion does not apply to sanctioning requirements). Count on celebrity guests, referees and a Live PPV webcast of the event as well.

MTP's 'Horse' is in its third and final revision as Pre-Production on the film takes place in Fort Wayne, Indiana. All locations have been secured and the studio plans to enter into Casting Agreements in early April with Principal Photography to follow shortly.

In Skin Trade news -- George R.R. Martin, author of MTP's "George R.R. Martin's The Skin Trade," has recently received word that HBO has picked up the series 'Game of Thrones' based on Martin's 'Song of Ice and Fire' for Spring 2011 lineup. This puts the author in the Hollywood 'Here and Now' which only further aids the alignment of all that is good for MTP's development of the werewolf serial killer gem, 'The Skin Trade,' which has recently added Ryan Colucci as a Producer on the film.

Note: "As 2010 progresses, both existing and prospective shareholders take note -- There's a method to our madness. We can't release everything right when it happens because we (you) are involved in an industry that requires several parties to complete the picture -- all with various confidentiality/NDA levels and all highly protective, as are we, of proprietary information. There's a happy medium among forward-looking statements and 'going dark' en route to contracts and posting revenues and the psychology of penny stocks and pink sheets cause many to activate their 'instant gratification' mechanisms, mentally; however, I'll be the first to say it -- MTP is a seed company, it's a foal being fed for a stallion and your investment is, in this first year, in the development of MTP and its Intellectual Properties, the trust in its principals and our abilities and your tolerance for a nano-cap stock in a troubled economy. We thank those that have supported us long-term and we'll always commit to making the best decisions for the company and its long-term benefit. You can say we're on the Pink Sheets and you can play us like we're on the Pink Sheets; and all that's fine and good until we uplist, but do pay close attention to who we are and what we do in the meantime and realize that diversification is important, but it becomes a viable accelerant for success and profitability when cross-marketing and co-branding exists therein, which is key." - Mark B. Newbauer, CEO, MTP Prods
