SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 19, 2013) - Lincoln Military Housing, an organization that is committed to the housing needs of those who serve our nation, sponsored a memorable and thoughtful Thanksgiving celebration for several military families in the San Diego area. These invitees, totaling 110 military spouses and their children, were treated to a full Thanksgiving feast in a private banquet room at Dave and Busters, and were given pre-loaded game cards to let the kids enjoy some stress-free game play in the adjacent arcade. The Thanksgiving celebration was open to Lincoln Military residents who had a family member on deployment during the holidays.
As a fun and touching activity, families were given the opportunity to assemble care packages for their deployed family member, with boxes, pre-selected care items, and personal items assembled on the spot at Dave and Busters. Dave and Busters has been a trusted and supportive partner over the years for local military families and Lincoln Military Housing is proud to continue to collaborate with this great organization.
