Miller & Smith Announces 37% Increase in Home Sales for Fiscal Year 2011

MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwire - Oct 4, 2011) - Miller & Smith, an award-winning homebuilder and real estate development company, today reports a 37% increase in home sales for FY 2011. Miller & Smith sold 283 homes in FY 2011 verses 207 homes in FY 2010. The company also experienced a 240% increase in traffic to communities in its portfolio.
