Millstream Cuts Massive Sulphide Intervals of 13.10% Copper, 8.02% Zinc in Drill Hole S-07-11 at Its Potter Property in North Eastern Ontario

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 20, 2007) - Millstream Mines Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MLM)(FRANKFURT:NJD) is pleased to report that its on-going diamond drilling program at its Potter property in north-eastern Ontario continues to delineate wide intersections of high grade copper and zinc, along with significant concentrations of silver and cobalt mineralization. The latest assay returns from this 12,000-15,000 meter drill program are as follows:

Hole No. From To Core Length Cu Zn Co Ag
(metres) (metres) (%) (%) (%) (oz/T)
S-07-11
(Az 5.00, Dip -58)
1st Interval 513.35 532.10 18.75 3.09 0.96 0.067 0.88

2nd Interval 556.40 558.40 2.00 2.81 0.85 .026 0.56

S-07-10 (Az 0.50,Dip -61.5) located on the same Azimuth as S07-08 & S07-09 (see PR July 11, 2007) intersected various short mineralized low grade intervals ranging from 1.45 metres to 4.0 metres in length.

S07-12 (Az 5.00, Dip -56.0) intersected various short mineralized low grade intervals ranging from 1.05 metres to 2.75 metres in length.

In addition to the above reported drill holes the company has completed 7 more drill holes (S-07-13, 14,15,16,17,18, and 19). Most of the drill core has been cut and sent to Swastika laboratories for assay testing and the results remain pending.

Furthermore, a geophysical survey crew is on site with the objective to determine the borehole to borehole electrical continuity of various massive sulphide intervals encountered in the diamond drill holes of past drilling done in the 1996 - 2001 period and the more recent holes drilled starting in late 2006 (a total of 54 drill holes totalling roughly 30,000 m) in order to better define the stacked mineralized zones.

Millstream continues drilling to expand this potentially rich volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) type deposit at its Potter Property. The past producing property is host to copper-zinc-cobalt "stacked" mineralized zones located in the highly prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt in the Kidd-Munro Assemblage near the town of Matheson in north eastern Ontario, Canada. It is the company's plan to continue with its aggressive exploration program to expand and compile the present data base to enable the technical staff and consultants to calculate an inferred, and drill indicated resource, compliant to NI 43-101. The next phase is then to have an independent engineering firm produce a bankable feasibility study so that a production decision may be rendered.

Dave Gamble, P.Geo. and Edward Bettiol, P. Eng, both consultants of Millstream, are the Qualified Persons as described in National Instrument 43-101 for the Potter Mine Project.

They have reviewed this report and press release with company management.
