MIND CTI Reports New Win and Two Major Follow-On Orders

Q2 2014 Earnings Release Scheduled for August 6, 2014

YOQNEAM, ISRAEL--(Marketwired - Jun 23, 2014) - MIND C.T.I. Ltd. (NASDAQ: MNDO), a leading provider of convergent end-to-end prepaid/postpaid billing and customer care product based solutions for service providers as well as unified communications analytics and call accounting solutions for enterprises, today announced one new win and two major follow-on orders.

New Win
The new win is with an East European mobile operator which has built the first Bulgarian commercial 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) mobile network, offering high-speed mobile internet. Following an extensive and meticulous process, MIND has been chosen together with an Israeli leading system integrator to provide a fully convergent billing end-to-end solution over the Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) infrastructure.

Follow-on Orders
The first follow-on order is a major upgrade with a provider of wireline and wireless services in Guam that selected MIND in the beginning of 2011 to provide an end-to-end convergent solution for prepaid and postpaid business models. As this customer is upgrading its wireless network with the HSPA+ solution from Ericsson, it selected MIND again, to enhance the solution in order to support the network upgrade.

The second follow-on order is with an African company established in 2009, which has been using the MINDBill system since inception for its WiMAX prepaid rollout. Following the global trend, this company is implementing Data over LTE technology, having received the local license in 2013. Using the MINDBill product catalogue for data services over LTE, this carrier will be able to offer competitive rate plans and achieve rapid return on its investments.

"The European markets have been slow for many years overall. We believe that our ongoing presence in Europe is important for future potential growth as these markets will eventually recover. We are pleased with the new win as it reflects the growing reputation of our state-of-the-art all-inclusive solutions and of our execution on implementations. We are pleased as well with the follow-on orders since we know that our customers always have a choice to stay with us or choose a competitor's solution, especially when enhancing their offerings or networks. Staying with MIND is the confirmation we get for the quality of our technology and the high level of our support," commented Monica Iancu, MIND's CEO.
