Mindjet Appoints Kevin Cochrane as Company's Chief Marketing Officer Amidst Rapid Customer Growth

Industry Veteran Joins Leading Enterprise SaaS Engine for Innovation Management as Customer Growth Doubles Annually

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 23, 2014) - Mindjet, the world's leading SaaS enterprise innovation management provider, has appointed industry veteran Kevin Cochrane as the company's new Chief Marketing Officer to accelerate global sales and marketing expansion. Over the past 12 months, Mindjet has gained significant velocity in its enterprise business, signing over 30 new enterprise customers to its innovation management platform, SpigitEngage -- including Teva Pharmaceuticals, Cisco, and DTE Energy.

Cochrane is responsible for Mindjet's overall global marketing efforts, including brand marketing, demand generation, product marketing, public relations, community engagement, and customer experience. Prior to joining the Mindjet team, Cochrane held several senior executive roles, serving as Chief Marketing Officer at OpenText and VP of Product Marketing at Adobe Systems Inc. in the Digital Marketing Business Unit. Cochrane began his career as one of the initial pioneers of the Web Content Management (WCM) industry as the first business hire at Interwoven, which subsequently secured its place in software history with its 1999 IPO. In his role at Mindjet, Cochrane brings a proven ability to scale marketing globally in order to support rapid sales growth, and drive category leadership in the white-hot emerging technology markets.
