New Products and Corporate Direction, Expanded Leadership Team and User Milestones Cap a Year of Growth and Success in 2009

-- Mindjet Catalyst™. Mindjet pushed further into the collaboration space this year with the launch of Mindjet Catalyst, a Web-based platform that combines applications for online document sharing, Web conferencing and project management with an award-winning application for visual collaboration.

-- MindManager® CPA Edition and MindManager Sales Edition. Mindjet also continued to deliver business-specific value for professionals across a variety of industries including accounting and sales, where Mindjet released MindManager CPA Edition and MindManager Sales Edition. Beyond these industry-specific solutions, MindManager targets project managers, business consultants, designers and more.

-- Mindjet for iPhone. Mindjet released an all-new app for the iPhone and iPod touch, Mindjet for iPhone, which enables users to keep idea generation and information management thriving anytime, anywhere.

New Team Leaders:

-- Greg Brown, Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Service. In March, Greg Brown was named vice president and general manager, Americas, and was recently named vice president, worldwide sales and service. Greg brings more than 15 years of experience from WebEx and PivotLink Corporation to guide Mindjet's sales and business processes in North America.

-- Kate Milner, Vice President, Worldwide Marketing. In July, Mindjet appointed Kate Milner vice president of worldwide marketing to lead Mindjet's global marketing effort. Kate joined Mindjet from WebEx and is leveraging more than 15 years of experience to position Mindjet firmly in the collaboration space.

-- Felicity Wohltman, Vice President, Product Marketing. Felicity Wohltman joined Mindjet in November in a newly created position of vice president of product marketing. Her 18 years of product marketing experience is driving the company's go-to-market strategy and supporting Mindjet's expansion in the collaboration market.

-- Continued user growth. Mindjet also saw strong continued growth in its user base as an additional 150,000 licenses were sold in 2009.

-- Explosive social community growth. In 2009, Mindjet saw this community grow by 1,900 percent with more than 4,700 followers on Twitter and over 2,200 Facebook fans. Additionally, the Mindjet Blog readership grew by 250 percent with more than 308,000 visitors stopping by the site in 2009.
